The staff was polite, welcoming all the time. The hotel was in a very central location close to everything you need in Hanoi. Besides, it was just next door to center of Hanoi and Ninh Binh, Halong and Sapa.

The location was handy, near shops, the center of Hanoi, 10m away from the Cấm Chỉ food street, Uncle Ho museum, and West Lake. Hoan Kiem district was worth exploring. the twin room was luxurious and a decent size.
